Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the respondent police, Thiruchengode Town Police Station, Namakkal District, every Monday at 10.30 a.m till filling of charge Sheet, by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.MP.No.11221 of 2021 in Crl.OP.No.10194 of 2021 dated 01.11.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P.No.11221 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.10194 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the first, third and fourth petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on monthly twice, i.e. on 1st and 15th of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
