A.No.756 of 2024 in C.S.No.437 of 2012 P.B.BALAJI, J., This application has been filed seeking permission of this Court to receive eleven (11) documents as additional documents on the side of the defendant in C.S.No.437 of 2012.

2.Documents 1 to 3 and 6 to 10 are permitted to be received subject to proof and relevancy. In so far as documents 4, 5, 6, 7 and 10 are part of Court records and question of receiving these documents as additional documents does not arise. However, it is made clear that if the defendant desires to take advantage of these documents, it is always open to them to confront the witness concerned, during the time of trial. 3.This application is allowed accordingly.
