ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in Crl.O.P.No.29773 of 2015, by order dated 16.12.2015, directed the respondent to expedite the investigation in Cr.No.444/2015 and to complete the same as early as possible.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 16.12.2015 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed.
