2. The learned Counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were earlier granted bail in Crl.O.P.No.17119 of 2021 by order dated 17.09.2021 with a condition to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. Subsequently, he filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.10889 of 2021 for relaxing the condition and the said condition was modified to the effect that the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. till filing of charge sheet by order dated 27.10.2021. Thereafter, the petitioners again filed a petition for relaxation of the said condition and subsequently, the petitioners were directed to appear before the respondent police once in a month whereas, in the order copy it is mentioned as to report before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m. Hence, he prays appropriate orders.

3. In view of the above submissions, paragraph 3 of the order dated 19.01.2022 in Crl.M.P.No.320 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.17119 of 2021 shall be read as follows;

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on the first working day of every month till filing of charge sheet.
