O R D E R

The order impugned in the present writ petition is one of suspension of the petitioner from the Association for a period of one year. The period of one year had elapsed. Hence, the prayer sought for in the writ petition has become infructuous and the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. Interim order already granted shall stands vacated and consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
