JUDGMENT

This Appeal Suit has been filed to set aside the Award dated 08.08.2003 in L.A.O.P.No.67 of 2000 on the file of the Additional District Judge, Pondicherry at Karaikal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that though several letters has been sent to the appellant, there is no response. Therefore, he has reported "no instructions".

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent also submitted that the entire issues have been settled between the parties.

4. In view of the above submissions, this Appeal Suit is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
