This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 94 days in filing the above mentioned C.M.A.SR.No.117896 of 2022.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant and the learned counsel for respondents 3 & 4.

4.This Court has carefully gone through the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 94 days is condoned.

5.The learned counsel for the appellant is directed to immediately serve the papers on the learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondents 3 & 4.

6.The name of the counsel for respondents 3 & 4 shall be printed in the cause list at the time of posting this case for admission.
