This Court by order dated 18.11.2021, directed the 4th respondent to transfer the enhanced compensation amount to the petitioners' Bank account directly within a period of two weeks and posted the writ petitions for reporting compliance.

2.Accordingly, today, the writ petitions are listed under the caption 'for reporting compliance'. It is submitted that, pending the writ petitions, the entire enhanced compensation amount has been deposited by the 4th respondent / National Highways Authority of India, Ministry of Surface and Transport, Guindy, Chennai - 600 032 with the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur and the enhanced compensation amount shall be disbursed only on verification of the petitioners' identities and signatures in the relevant records. 3.Considering the above submissions, the petitioners are directed to approach the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur, and the Revemie Divisional Officer, Thiruvallur, is directed to disburse the enhanced compensation amount to the petitioners' Bank account on verification of their identity and obtaining signatures in the relevant records forthwith. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
