(CRIME NO. 1127 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioner should sign before the respondent police station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order passed in Crl.O.P.No. 21790 of 2021 dated 22.11.2021 on the file of this Hon`ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. T.MURUGANANTHAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 21790 of 2021, dated 22.11.2021.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed.
