2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant would submit that the enhanced compensation amount has already been deposited before the Trial Court with accrued interest.
3. This Court also seen that there is no infirmity or illegality in the award passed by the Trial Court by enhancing the compensation. That apart, the entire enhanced compensation have been now withdrawn by the respondent.
4. Recording the said submission, all the Appeal Suits are closed. No costs.
