ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.2637 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent police to CBCID or any other agency for proper enquiry and investigation and to file the final report within the stipulated time.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the learned Sessions Court, Chennai and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.307 of 2016.
