PRAYER: Criminal Revision Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records pertaining to judgment dated 08.12.2017 passed in C.A.No.02 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thiruvarur, which was modifying the sentence imposed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Valangaiman passed in S.T.C.No.126 of 2014 by judgment dated 21.12.2015 and acquit the petitioner by allowing the revision petition.
