Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed on the petitioners for appearing before the respondent police every Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.21270/2021 dated 12/11/2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.C.S.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.

2. This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 21270 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the 1st petitioner is relaxed and the 2nd petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m monthly twice.
