Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to amend the satisfaction Court as "Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam instead of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Komarapalayam" and the same was ordered.

2. Further, two weeks time is extended to the petitioners to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
