JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) This writ appeal is directed against the order dated 26.09.2018 passed in W.P.No.32893 of 2014.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the learned single Judge, an order has been passed by the District Collector, though on the same day and therefore, the said order was not considered. The order passed by the District Collector was also challenged in W.P.No.3472 of 2019, which was also disposed of on 05.02.2019.

3.In view of above, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ appeal and the same is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
