Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent that the present case has been transferred from the file of the respondent police to the Central Crime Branch. Hence, the direction as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted.
