KARUNAKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- There shall be an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioners / appellants shall deposit 50% of the award passed by the District Judge, District Court No.II, Kanchipuram with proportionate interest and costs if any, after adjusting the amount if any already deposited, on the file of the District Court No.II, Kanchipuram in OS.No.94 of 2016, within a period of four weeks, failing which, the interim stay granted shall stand automatically vacated, without further reference to the Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

2. Notice returnable in four weeks. Private Notice is also permitted.

3. Post after four weeks.
