ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to grant permission to conduct the cultural programme of Adal Padal on 17.01.2023 at 06:00 pm to 11:00 pm at "Sri Veerakaran Temple Festival" Otthaiyurpudur Village, Parali Post, Mohanur Taluk, Namakkal District by consider and pass orders on the representation dated 27.12.2022 made by the petitioner within the time frame as may be fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
