Smt.V.Sudha, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent would contend that the petitioner's degree certificate was made ready by the University.

2. However, the petitioner has failed to approach the authorities to collect the degree certificate. The degree certificate now produced before this Court has been handed over to the petitioner and he has also acknowledged the same. That being the factum, no further adjudication is required.
