ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.08.2021 for the offences under Section 8 (c ) r/w 20 (b) (ii) ( c) of NDPS Act, in Crime No.483 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was found an illegal possession of 24 kilograms of Ganja. Hence, the respondent police registered a case against the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not committed any such offence as alleged by the prosecution and she has been falsely implicated in this case. Hence prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner was a habitual offender and there are 6 previous cases pending as against the petitioner. Hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the considering the fact that there are 6 previous cases pending as against the petitioner, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
