PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry under Section 133 Code of Criminal Procedure on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to conduct an enquiry under Section 133 Code of Criminal Procedure on the representation of the petitioner dated 08.08.2016.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the notice has already been issued on 20.01.2017 and the enquiry was fixed on 10.02.2017.
