ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.818 of 2023.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the 3rd respondent-police will be able to complete the investigation and file a final report within a period of two (2) months.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court directs the 3rd respondentpolice to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.818 of 2023 within a period of two (2) months from today.

4. With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
