directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 3.4.2013.

O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation submitted by the writ petitioner on 3.4.2013.

2. On perusal of the copy of the representation, it is a complaint given by the writ petitioner to the Secretary-cumRegistrar, Central Council of Homeopathy and to the Registrar i/c, Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council.

3. The allegations of the writ petitioner are against the members of the Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council in respect of certain serious allegations.

4. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner now brought to the notice of this Court that the writ petitioner himself was elected as a Secretary of Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council. Thus, the writ petitioner himself is competent to apprise the Council to initiate appropriate actions against all the irregularities and illegalities noticed by him and send through his representation. Thus, the writ petitioner himself can pursue the matter in the Council for the purpose of initiating action against all the irregularities and illegalities.

5. In view of the fact that the writ petitioner has already been elected as Secretary to Tamil Nadu Homeopathy Medical Council, no further action is required in respect of the relief, as such, sought for in the present writ petition.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
