Mr.B.Anandan, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents. By consent of the parties, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The petitioner seeks for mandamus directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 21.10.2016, wherein and whereby, he sought for correcting the revenue https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

records in respect of the subject matter property.

4. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that the said representation has not been considered so far. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the respondents to consider and decide the same. Thus, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.10.2016, after hearing the petitioner as well as the rival claimants and other interested persons, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondents within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
