ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents for willful disobedience of the order of this court dated 27.07.2020 in C.M.A.No.1188 of 2020.

2. It is relevant to note that this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal itself is filed as against the interim order passed by the learned Arbitrator, wherein, certain undertaking was given by the petitioner herein. Hence, this Court disposed of this 2/4

Civil Miscellaneous Appeal. Now, it appears that the entire arbitral proceedings has culminated into an Award. Such being the position, it is for the petitioner to execute the award passed in their favour in the manner known to law.

3. Accordingly, I am not inclined to incline to entertain this contempt petition based on the interim order passed by the learned Arbitrator. Hence, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
