W.P.No. 29855 of 2018:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to issue the NOC to the Petitioners restaurant at No.29/15 Millers Road Kilpauk Chennai - 600 010 under Section 35 (2) of the Chennai City Police Act 1888 and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to grant the trading license on the application dated 27.07.2018 submitted by the petitioner.
