ORDER

This Court, while disposing of the writ petition in W.P.No.33278 of 2016 filed by the petitioner, by order dated 22.09.2016 has directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.08.2016 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks.

2.Since the said order of this Court has not been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ complied with by the respondent, the present Contempt

Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondent and the respondent has passed an order rejecting the claim of the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the proceedings issued by the respondent vide Rc.No.131284/APJ(1)/2016, dated 30.12.2016. 4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent, nothing survives in the present Contempt Petition and accordingly, the same is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order passed by the respondent, if he is so advised, in the manner known law.
