Notice had been served on the proposed respondents/defendants and the learned counsel had also entered appearance. The learned counsel stated he has no objection to these applications. Hence, these applications are allowed.

2. Registry may carry out the necessary amendment in A.No.2237 of 2008 and CS.D.No.10037 of 2006.
