When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that this petitioner has already filed the bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.34435 of 2025 and the same was also dismissed on 16.12.2025. By suppressing the same, the present petition has been filed.

2. In view of the submissions of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
