J U D G M E N T

This appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 14.05.1993, passed in L.A.O.P.No.111 of 1986 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur.

2. Though this appeal is presented in the year 2003, the respondent died long back and no steps have been taken so far. Despite several opportunities have been given to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondent, no steps have been taken so far. Since the appeal is now pending against a dead person and 17 years passed away, this Court considers this as a fit case where the appeal can be dismissed as abated. Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as abated. No costs.
