The petitioner seeks direction upon the second respondent to register his complaint, dated 16.04.2015, and investigate the same in accordance with law.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, representing the respondent/Police submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.112 of 2015. 3.

In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with direction to the second respondent/Police to complete the enquiry as expeditiously as possible and proceed further in accordance with law by registering a crime, if any cognizable offence is made out, by following the dictum laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in re Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others reported in [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
