The 2nd defendant had died. These applications have been filed to implead the legal representatives as defendants 4 and 5 in both the application No.2238 of 2008 and also in CS.D.No.10038 of 2006. Notice had been served on the proposed respondents/defendants and the learned counsel had also entered appearance. The learned counsel stated he has no objection to these applications. Hence, these applications are allowed.

2. Registry may carry out the necessary amendment in A.No.2238 of 2008 and CS.D.No.10038 of 2006.
