PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to transfer the case pending investigation in Crime No.170 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent to some other credible police Agency such as CBCID or some other Agency and expedite the investigation against accused. O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the case pending investigation in Crime No.170 of 2015 on the file of the 1st respondent to some other credible police Agency such as CBCID or some other Agency and expedite the investigation against accused.

2. It is seen that the investigation in Crime No.170 of 2015 is pending on the file of the 1st respondent police. Now, almost four years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.

3. However, considering that the crime is of the year 2015, the 1st respondent police is directed to complete the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

investigation in Crime No.170 of 2015 and file a final report within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already filed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
