ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.12.2023 and direct the third respondent to allow the petitioner to run the business.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner dated 19.12.2023 on its own merits and in accordance with law and in line with the relevant Government Order/circulars and a decision shall be taken within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
