Prayer: Civil Miscellaneous Appeal filed under Section 10 (F) of the Companies Act, 1956 to set aside the order of the Company Law Board dated 16.09.2002 passed in C.P.No.18 of 2001 (APB) so far as the direction given to the appellants to purchase shares and by giving the option to the 1st respondent either to get conveyance executed by the company for the land under her control and custody or to receive consideration in cash after the statutory auditor.
