2. Taking note of the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Salem to dispose of the S.T.C. No.30 of 2016, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and report before this Court after completion of the proceedings.
