Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register F.I.R., on the basis of the complaint dated 28.03.2015 given by the petitioner to the respondent, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It appears that the dispute is between husband and wife and therefore, the respondent is directed to refer the matter to the Social Welfare Officer and take action in accordance with the report to be given by the Social Welfare Officer. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
