O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by DR.S.VIMALA,J.,) This petition has been filed by the father of the detenue, seeking direction to the first respondent to produce his minor daughter, namely, Buvaneshwari, aged about 17 years, before this Court.

2. The detenue is present before this Court today. The detenue is represented by her lawyer Ms.S.Parthasarathy.

3. When we enquired the detenue, she has submitted that as she wants to continue her studies, she should not be compelled for the marriage against her willingness.

4. The father and mother of the detenue, who are present before this Court have also given an undertaking that they will not perform her marriage till the completion of her studies.

5. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
