ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 165 days in filing the appeal.

3. There being no serious objection for condoning the delay and taking into consideration the cause shown, we are inclined to condone the delay.

4. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the application is allowed.
