S.A. 285 of 2018 V.BHARATHIDASAN . J, The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/appellant submitted that the Suit has been filed for partition between the sister, father, and brothers and there is likelihood of settlement between the parties. Hence, the matter may be referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this Court for arriving at an amicable settlement between the parties.

2. Hence, the Registry is directed to send the matter before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, and the Mediation Centre is directed to conduct the Mediation on 23.04.2019.

3. In the above circumstances, the appellant and respondents 1 and 2 are directed to appear before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre without fail.

4. After mediation, the Registry is directed to post the matter before this Court on 26.04.2019.
