Heard Mr. R.Baranidharan, Learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. C.Vigneswaran, Learned Counsel for the First Respondent, Mr. N.Subramanian, Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent and Mr. U.Baranidaran, Learned Additional Government Pleader for the Third Respondent and perused the materials placed on record, apart from the pleadings of the parties.

The Petitioner, viz., Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission, is aggrieved by the order dated 12.10.2021 in Case No. SA 6135/SCIC/2020 passed by the First Respondent in the exercise of powers under Section 19(3) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act' for short), requiring to furnish the information sought by the Second Respondent. 3.
Learned Counsel for the Second Respondent, on instruction, states that 2/5
the information sought by the Second Respondent in item nos. 3 and 4 of the queries in his application dated 09.05.2020 made under Section 6(1) of the Act has been furnished and he has made an endorsement to that effect in the court record.

In the aforesaid circumstances, nothing remains for further consideration in the Writ Petition, but if any of the parties still have any grievance to be redressed in the matter, they are not precluded from working out their remedies before the proper forum in the manner recognized by law. In the result, the Writ Petition is disposed on the aforesaid terms. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
