O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed for a direction to the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 22.12.2023, wherein, the petitioner as sought for permission to run the Recreation Club.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the application was considered and it was rejected by the Inspector of Police, Ammapetai Police Station through proceedings dated 09.01.2024. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor further submitted that this order will be served on the petitioner.

3.Considering the above development, the relief as sought for in this writ petition cannot be granted by this Court. There shall be a direction to the 3rd respondent to serve the proceedings dated 09.01.2024 to the petitioner, within a period of one week from today. On receipt of the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout their remedy in the manner known to law.
