Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to order substituted service of notice to the Defendant by publication in the "Malai Malar" Newspaper having wide circulation in Chennai where the Defendant is running their https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ business and affixture in the last known address where the Defendant is running their

business and in the court notice board.

This Application coming on this day before this court for hearing, the court made the following order:- Heard Ms.Gladys Daniel, learned counsel for the applicant.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the application.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed. The substituted service shall be effected by publication in the "Malai Malar" newspaper having wide circulation in Chennai and the publication shall be effected on or before 21.01.2022 and notice is returnable by 28.01.2022.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
