Cont. P. No.28 of 2022 after giving opportunity to the petitioner within a period of eight weeks. Alleging that, the order has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up with this Contempt Petition.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Ravikumar, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that, the respondent had passed an order dated 09.03.2022 rejecting the petitioner's request and also produced the copy of the said order.

3. In the said circumstances, the order passed by this Court in W.P. No. 8714 of 2021 dated 08.04.2021 has been complied with. However, the petitioner has any grievance against the order passed by the respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
