ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction, directing the 3rd respondent to initiate the investigation and register the First Information report on the complaint dated 12.06.2014 pending on the file of J-5, Sasthri Nagar Police Station.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3. It appears that the petitioners has given a complaint by post on 12.06.2014. Hence, the petitioners are directed to go in person and lodge a fresh complaint to the respondent police and on receipt of the same, the respondent police shall conduct enquiry and take action in accordance with the law.

4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
