PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioners - (1.Thulasi @ Ayyappan - A13 and 2.Deepan @ Manikandan-A14) in the PRC.No.13/2014 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-III, Puducherry (Old PRC No.39 of 2010 on the file of Judicial Magistrate-I).

ORDER
It is seen that the petitioners have sought for dispense with their personal appearance in PRC.No.13 of 2014 in the year 2015.
2. However, such a prayer cannot be considered after a period of four years as such this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer sought for by the petitioners.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
