This application has been filed to recognize the 3rd plaintiff as the legal representative of the deceased 4th and 5th plaintiffs and also to bring on record the other legal representatives of the deceased 4th and 5th plaintiffs, namely the applicants 8 to 10 herein and 11 to 14 herein, respectively, as plaintiffs 10 to 12 and 13 to 16 in the above suit C.S.No.872 of 2016 and continue the proceedings.

2.This Court is satisfied with the reasons comprised in the accompanying affidavit. This Application stands allowed.

3.The plaintiffs are directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.

The applicants in A.No.4613 of 2022 are also required to make necessary amendment in the cause title.
