ORDER

Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register First Information Report on the basis of complaint given by the petitioner dated 17.09.2014 registered in CSR No.860/2014, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police.

3.It is seen that the petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.860/2014. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.860/2014 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
