ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) This Court in WMP.No.15936 of 2025 has granted extension of leave to the petitioner's brother,detenu, S.A.Nawab Khan S/o. Abdul Rahmaan, aged 54 years, convict no.10663, for a period of 3 months i.e. from 05.05.2025 to 05.08.2025.

2. The present miscellaneous petition is filed for extension of leave from 05.08.2025 until further order.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has produced a report of the Probation Officer dated 25.07.2025 stating that the conduct of the detenu was good during the said period of three months.

4. In view of the above facts and also taking note of the fact that the interim bail expires on 05.08.2025, we are inclined to extend the interim bail for a further period of three (3) months, commencing from 06.08.2025 to 06.11.2025.

5. Accordingly, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed, by granting interim bail for a period of three months from 06.08.2025 to 06.11.2025.

Post the main Writ Petition on 30.10.2025.
