The learned counsel for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that the respondents have already issued an order based on the representation submitted by the writ petitioner in proceedings dated 11.04.2018. The said decision was communicated to the writ petitioner. The learned counsel for the writ petitioner further submits that the said order dated 11.04.2018 also has been challenged by the writ petitioner in another writ petition.

2. This being the factum of the case, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.
